Beinn nan Aighenan is the most southerly of the Glen Etive Munros and can be climbed in 3 Munro outing taking in Ben Starav and Glas Bheinn Mhor or on its own from the south at Victoria Bridge near to Loch Tulla. If tackling with Ben Starav be aware that there is a large descent/ re-ascent of roughly 400m involved. The summit offers quite a few rocky outcrops especially from the north and should make for an enjoyable pull to the summit. All in Beinn nan Aighenan is maybe not the most interesting Munro in the area and at 960m is certainly is not one of the largest but each Munro has its own charms and you should hopefully find some here. |
